*Job Description*

   - Project scope includes setting up a divisional PMO for HR Services.
   This would include setting up a framework for tracking progress of multiple
   HR initiatives and presenting a holistic consolidated view on the progress
   of these initiatives. Scope also include developing a health check
   dashboard identifying status of multiple HR initiatives.
   - Require a PM who has had prior Project and Portfolio dashboarding
   experience.
   - Prefer candidate with strong communication skills and excellent
   abilities with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
   - Need an individual who can create custom dashboards in PowerPoint to
   articulate status of multiple HR initiatives in a streamlined fashion for
   senior management.

*Responsibilities*

   - Responsible for the overall management, coordination, execution,
   control and completion of a project. Project Manager is primarily focused
   on Outputs.
   - Manages the end-to-end Project Lifecycle for given Initiative
   - Defines Project Governance including definition of Roles and
   Responsibilities.
   - Manages Project requirements, Scope, Schedule/Plan, Quality,
   Resources, and Budget
   Maintains Project specific issues/risks/decision logs.
   - Communicates Project status to appropriate stakeholders (as per
   communication plan).
   - Serves as the primary point of contact for all communications within
   BioPharma IT, Business teams, and any third party involved.
   - Adheres to Company standard Project estimation, approval, and change
   control processes.
   - Ensures all Projects adhere to the Program/Project Management
   Framework, ADM/System Development Lifecycle, Sarbanes-Oxley, GxP, Company
   policies and procedures, and other compliance processes, where applicable.
   - Manages conflict resolution and issue escalation.
   - Manages all Go-Live, closeout, and transition to support activities.
   - Coordinates with external/unrelated projects for potential impact.
   - Manages the implementation and consistent delivery of projects to
   agreed upon timelines, budgets and expectations of quality.


   - Works with clients, developers and vendors to determine requirements.
   - Creates and manages project budget vs. actual expenditures (capital
   and expense).
   - Creates and manages work breakdown structure (WBS) and scheduled
   project plan.
   - Manages and supervises project team resources.
   - Develops critical path analysis for project implementation.
   - Responsible for business change management (incl. business process
   redesign, training, SOPs).
   - Manage project scope and timeline through formal change management
   processes.
   - Manages project issues and risks through std issue/risk process.
   - Communication to stakeholders.
   - Ensures compliance with required controls.
   - Manage projects with dollar values in excess of $500,000.

*Qualifications*


   - Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both
   technical and non-technical parties.
   - Bachelor's degree/Technical degree or equivalent requirement.
   - Master's degree a plus.
   - PMP, or equivalent certification, required.
   - Responsible for leading a series of projects with significantly
   complex integration points.
   - Proven experience with business capability projects; strong process
   engineering skills.
