Two Professional References: Client Name, Email id, Phone Number, Designation *Short Description:* The Government of the District of Columbia, Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is seeking a contractor to provide PeopleSoft Data Warehouse (DWH), ETL Developer services for the District of Columbia Government’s PeopleSoft HCM. *Complete Description:* The PeopleSoft DWH ETL Developer will perform the following functions: - Install and implement PeopleSoft HCM Data Warehouse. - Develop the HCM DWH technical roadmap. - Working with project stakeholders, develop the database/environment scope definition document - Develop the HCM DWH technical/database requirements document - Design and develop activities including creation of data dictionaries, data and performance models. - Building new database infrastructure and environments for the PeopleSoft HCM Data Warehouse project. - Develop ETL (Extract Transform and Load) programs and processes to load the HCM DWH. - Execute the HCM DWH technical deployment management plan and ensure successful deployment of the project. - Provide periodic and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders as necessary. - Develop the project dry-run and cut-over plan. - Execute deployment tasks.
