I am *Ahmed from Sage Group Consulting, Inc*, Please find the job descriptions below and if you are interested and available for this position please *send me your updated resume* along with contact number. *Please send me resume to z <ah...@maccadin.com>ah...@sagetl.com <ah...@sagetl.com>* *SYSTEM ENGINEER* *Palo Alto, Ca* *6 months +* *Phone & Skype* *$52/hr max* Qualifications Must Have’s: • 5 years Virtualization experience in a Support or Operations role • 5+ years’ experience in IT or computer lab-based job or equivalent experience • VMware vSphere Datacenter Platform(version 5.x or newer) - including ESXi vCenter, Update Manager, cloning, install and setup of VM • User-level knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, with some knowledge of system administration responsibilities desirable. • Microsoft OS, Linux administration (install OS, Patching, troubleshooting) • A self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team with limited, goal-oriented supervision. • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with R&D engineers, maintenance technicians and staff members from multiple groups and disciplines, especially with respect to combining and optimizing their goals and concerns with yours. • Hardware experience with HP hardware including Proliant x86, HPUX, PA-RISC, Itanium, Linux expertise Highly Desired: • IT Project management experience, ITIL Based background – Change Management principals • HP Blade Technologies, Proliant Essentials, SIM, HPVM, IMC, Sitescope • Networking including configuration of Virtual Switches, Gateways, VLANs a plus • SAN technology experience including Fibre optic/channel devices and cabling, array, HP EVA, 3Par experience • DNS, Domain Services, Active Directory Services, Web Proxy a plus • General understanding of Security/firewalls highly desirable • Experience with our client HP Procurve devices a plus • Experience with 3Com and H3C devices a plus • B.S. or equivalent.
