*SAP SOLUTIONS MANAGER – SPECIALIST -*

*Position is in Ft. Worth, TX - Bill Rate is ALL Inclusive *

*One year initial contract*

*We can pay up to 72hr c2c*



Basic qualifications

• Must be experienced in SAP Solution Manager Implementations & Upgrades
(at least 2-3 full cycle implementations). Familiar with SAP environments
and SAP Centers of Excellence

• Successful track record of delivering large, complex, strategic corporate
programs

• Understands the OCM (organizational change management) challenges
associated with implementing a transformational project and effectively
leads others through change and adoption

• Ability to communicate at executive levels with a high level of
confidence

• Demonstrated experience working with the ASAP Methodology

• Must understand Run SAP Like a Factory Methodology

• Ability to configure, enhance and resolve problems related to Solution
Manager and interfaces to infrastructure

• Ability to review and determine if required to apply OS Notes from SAP
Market Place

• Understand the relationships between the Solution and Managed Systems
with full knowledge of how systems are connected



Other Core competencies:

• Preferably has implemented of Upgraded Solution Manager 7.1

• Preferably has implemented CTS+, CCLM, ATC Code Inspector & Test Cockpit,
UPL, CDMC, CCM, HPQC Adapter

• Preferably has implemented Flex ChaRM, ChaRM, Rev-trac or any other
top-tier SAP Change Control Management solution

• Is able to create a program or project schedule to organize and
prioritize work in a project using MS Project 2010

• Identifies risks, issues and efficiently manage these to protect the
deliverables of the project or program

• Is able to create accurate status reports to keep steering and operating
committees up to date on the current state of the program

• Has a natural ability to effectively address issues in a timely fashion

• Is able to socialize change with team members and address unrest and OCM
concerns timely and effectively, without affecting the project

• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required for managing a
cross-team, cross-organizational program effort
