*Full Job Description *

. This position  is for a Converged Network Support Analyst who will be
supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.
- Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
- Installation experience
- Application Configuration Support Knowledge
- Infrastructure troubleshooting
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
- Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE using ICM to ICM gateways
- Knowledge of adjunct connectivity
- CTIOS troubleshooting server side
- TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
- Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
- Self Directed, Team player, Ability to work with both technical and
non-technical people



*No Of Positions: 2*

*Project Duration: 24 months long term*

*Location: *Bloomington or Phoenix, AZ
