*Omaha,Nebraska : * *Okhlama City,Ok :s* *Duration : 2+ months* *Client :COX(HCL)* *Job Description role* *To provide day to day support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Desktop environment including PCs, laptops, telephones, and other hand held devices* *Required Skills* - Ability to Configures and deploys desktop environments in accordance with the agreed standard configuration to authorized users. - Should have knowledge about OU,domains and Imaging - Ability to troubleshoot network printers - Experience of desktop support in a trading floor or a call centre - Ability to Installs or removes hardware and / or software using supplied installation instructions and tools. - Capable of conducting tests of the hardware and/or software affected using supplier test procedures and diagnostic tools. Corrects malfunctions.
