Title: Project Manager Duration: 10 months Location: Rochester, MN. Need minimum 8 years exp. Description •The Project Manager is responsible for determining time frames, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing project and resource requirements and achieve project objectives and completion on time, on budget, and in conformance to IT methodologies and practices. •The PM manages initiatives of large-size and/or high complexity and/or multiple projects of mixed complexity levels and sizes. •Makes judgments and takes reasonable and prudent actions to accomplish agreed upon project objectives under minimal direction. •Advises other IT staff regarding project management practices, methods and standards. •The PM manages multiple competing objectives, prioritizes, and communicates complex technical information in clear and unambiguous terms to management and end user personnel. •Must have a proven track record of successful project management; experience estimating, project tracking, and resource management. •Experience with budget and financial planning and tracking. •Must ensure all project phases are clearly communicated to all stake holders. Specific Job Details: •Will be responsible for project management of the EMR Data Provisioning:DaaS project. •Will plan, execute and finalize projects between clients, third party vendors and data services teams, serve as liaison between data services teams, business partners and office of the chief architect. •Responsible for communicating project milestones with project stakeholders and oversight groups. Will define and clearly articulate implementation project steps and timelines. •Identify and resolve issues with the project and team members, delegate tasks to appropriate team members, proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and develop a contingency plan. Qualifications •Understanding of DaaS concepts, Agile methodology, HL7 (RIM and FHIR) helpful, use of project management concepts and tools, experience with Clarity helpful.
