Title: Microsoft CRM Developer Location: Seattle,WA Duration: 6 months Need minimum 5 years of experience. *Description: *King County Information Technology (KCIT) is currently undertaking a CRM Expansion Project that is anticipated to be complete by 06/30/2015. The overall goal of this project is to establish a countywide CRM enterprise solution that standardizes how county departments interact with customers, resolve their issues, provide consistent messaging and provide a timely resolution with the focus on resolution and not closure. This project breaks down silos, enables the sharing of information wherever possible, keeps information secure and allows departments to know what information has already been distributed.
