Knowledge on topics such as UI Design Principles & Patterns and Design Thinking. Possess good working knowledge on SAP Technical or Functional. Sound knowledge of Web Services SOAP (XML). Working Knowledge on Personas Scripting. Flavor discovery and Personas administration. Conversant in guiding key users through topics on Installation, Configuration, Implementation and Testing of SAP Personas.
