Certification a big plus - Expert knowledge of Internetworking Operating Systems and call center technology. - Experience with Nortel PBX systems, Aspect, or Cisco ICM/Call Manager a plus. - Proficient knowledge of call center technology, carrier transport and provisioning (T1, ISDN, T3) PBX systems, and voice mail systems. - 3 – 5 years experience with deploying and/or administrating an Avaya SIP environment (Session & System Manager). - Exhibit strong attention to detail. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment. - Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. - Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality I’ll be looking forward to hear from your end.
