Hire off phone/skype I need to know on your submittals how much *Middleware* experience your candidate has *Must have Telecommunication experience* *Must have Business Systems Analyst experience* *o Decision Flow Diagrams* *o Sequence Diagrams* *o Use Cases* *o Service Orchestration/Mapping* *o Middleware concepts* *o System architecture concepts* *o Billing system or Customer Care system concepts* Requirements & Experience: • 5 years minimum experience designing applications/systems functioning in a SOA environment • Position requires strong verbal and written communication skills in order to accurately convey complex technical problems, their impacts, and resolutions to management, vendors, or business teams. • 7 years minimum experience in software development, software design or business process design (example: process modeling, use case analysis, etc) and implementation preferred • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments. • Working knowledge of: o Middleware concepts o System architecture concepts o Billing system or Customer Care system concepts • Experience creating Functional Specification documents required.
