Leads the design and integration of IT Outsourcing Solutions for large (>$20M USD or 25 project team members) or medium (>$10M USD or 15 project team members) client projects. Works with the account teams to expand the Client client base. Interfaces with Client Solution Architects to design a solution that is tailored to the client's requirements. *Key Responsibilities/Outcomes * Offering Responsibilities Fills the senior architect client-facing role to advise clients and support the implementation of solutions based on Client offerings. Specific responsibilities include: Analyzing client requirements to support tailoring client solutions. Leading the development of the solution architecture for large or medium engagements with possible support from the Client Solution Architect team. Leading or supporting the development of Portfolio solution work plans, estimates, package definition and the infrastructure architecture. Leading or supporting the implementation of the solution work plan including stakeholder status communication and technical problem resolution. Supporting the development of cost elements and resource estimates as well as solution models. Implementing client solutions using appropriate SDF processes, architectural artifact requirements and the GITOS End-to-End Service Model Applying knowledge of IT Service offerings and service agreements to support architectural aspects of new business opportunities. Acting as the single point of contact for large or medium client engagements architectural areas related to the implementation of the solution. Providing authoritative guidance to clients on IT infrastructure and asset management. Coordinating architect resources that are contributing to the development of the solution architecture. Presenting the solution to internal and client stakeholders at a level appropriate to the audience. Client Facing Responsibilities Contributes to Client business goals and delivery engagements by: Working with client stakeholders to evaluate the solution requirements Acting as a highly skilled resource on Client Offerings for client activities Communicating solution architectural design and service specifics to client stakeholders Educating client personnel on Client solution architecture and future strategy Working with client technical staff during service definition and transition to resolve issues Presenting solution design to client's IT staff Assuming accountability for the overall solution design and the successful implementation of the architectural areas of the solution.
