Embedded Linux developer With diagnostic Application Exp Location:- Alpharetta, GA Duration:- 6+ months Rate:- Open Note:- Client is looking for Embedded Linux developer responsible for creating diagnostic applications and drivers needed for hardware design verification and manufacturing test of new switching products. Duties:- * Participation in the development of a diagnostics suite for verification and debug of hardware design elements; ranges from low-level device access to full system configuration and data flow; allows for complete exercise of control and data paths; provides robust and high coverage manufacturing test suite. * Varied assignments require learning switch architecture and design details for proper diagnostic software implementation. * Working closely in a coordinated fashion with other Hardware and Software Engineers. * Documentation of software design and functionality Required Skills:- * Experienced in C/C++ programming, operating systems and software engineering theory. * Linux Driver/Middleware development for embedded platforms. * Strong diagnostic/SW design/coding/debug/test skills * Well organized coding style and experience integrating new and existing code bases.
