*Responsibilities *
-Business requirements analysis and derive good understanding of data needs
to satisfy the business reporting and analytical needs
-Performance Gap analysis for the new data needs against existing data
warehouse data model and Identify data model enhancement / impact Analysis
for captured requirements;
-Perform source data analysis and profiling to understand source data and
determine the system of record based on business requirements and EDW data
analysis
-Working with technology teams who are supporting source systems to
understand source data constraints and delta logic as well as extract logic
to meet the business requirements
-Design logical data model for desired functionality based on business
reporting and analytical requirements, integrate the new data with existing
EDW data model. And Documenting Data Owner and Data Definition in Erwin ;
-Understand reporting and ad hoc analytical usage of the new data model and
propose physical database design recommendations
-Produce physical data model and proper indexing that promote fast data
retrieval based on BI usage.
-Produce DDL and DML for implementing physical data structures
-Perform source to target data mapping with accurate transformation rules
and business logic to transform source data element into EDW target data
element.
-Responsible for review and manage modeling deliverables based on data
specification;
-Responsible for managing and reporting status on modeling deliverables
-Follow, Maintain and enhance enterprise data model development standards
-Understand overall EDW subject areas overview and review of all modeling
objects;
*Data Modeling Deliverables:*
-Requirements to Data Model Mapping (Metrics to data elements level)
-ER Diagrams in Erwin modeling tool
-Data Entity and Attribute Definitions documented in Erwin.
-Data owner, data CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) process, Cross Subject

*2)Position: SAP Integration Specialist*
*Location: Philadelphia, PA*
*Duration: 3-6 Months*

*Description/ Required Experience: *
SAP Integration Specialist - focused on SAP System Integration with SAP &
Non-SAP Systems. Responsibilities include integration-related design, issue
resolution, documentation/training for end-user community,
validation-related activities, potentially researching new
techniques/methods/technologies. You will work with & coordinate between
multiple IT groups (technical, functional, project teams) as well as with
the end-user community in order to provide effective, robust integration
solutions. Along with supporting on-going development initiatives, you will
work to identify innovative new integration approaches and engage in
continuous improvement initiatives. Must have excellent communication
skills. Initial Assignment - This resource will be initially assigned to our
internal unicode upgrade project & will be focused on coordinating
integration related remediation work; here are some of the tasks required: ?
Manage/track integration related activities within the Unicode project. ?
Coordinate with team & extended team members to ensure all integration
partners have been informed & included in the Unicode migration project. ?
Assist in resolving any integration related issues that arise during the
testing & implementation phases. ? Help formulate strategy for dealing with
flat-file interfaces moving from ANSI to UTF-8 formatting. ? Coordinate with
Development Team on any related follow-up work.
Exposure to Unicode & related integration remediation work helpful.
Integration (ALE, IDOC, etc.) experience required. Exposure to EAI toolsets
such as IBM/Websphere, SAP/XI, etc preferred. Previous experience in a
regulated, process-industry company helpful.
*3)Position: SAP Basis Consultant
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 12+ months*
*Rate:60-65$
Description:*
Provide technical support and administration of SAP products and add-on
software including ECC 6.0, EP, BI, NetWeaver 7.0, Solution Manager, SAP
Plug-ins/Add-on's, etc. This will include installing and maintaining
software including upgrades, applying kernel patches, OSS Notes, and
Support Packages as well as the responsibility for system
troubleshooting, problem solving, capacity planning, tuning and
application server load balancing, as well as day-to-day monitoring and
administration of SAP systems. The consultant will be part of a team
supporting SAP ERP 2005.
*Experience:*
1. Day to day management and support of our SAP Sandbox, Development,
Quality and Production environments, including:
* SAP System Monitoring (Logs, traces, locks, users, processes
etc).
* SAP Performance Tuning.
* Kernel Upgrades and Kernel Patch management.
* Transport Management System administration.
* Implementation and maintenance of SAP security.
2. Ability to conduct BI Data loads in a timely manner.
3. Ability to support all basis tasks including ADS, Sap gui
Deployment.
4. Good written and Documentation skills.
5. Knowledgeable with SSO Configuration.
6. Experience with Enterprise Portal and/or BI administration including
installation, configuration, and production support.
7. Knowledgeable on Security Tools like Virsa.
8. Ability to administer NWDI systems
9. Experienced with using third party tools like Redwood, Gold client,
Info shuttle and Org.Plus
10. Strong knowledge on SAP data archiving techniques.
11. Ability to do performance tuning of Portals instances.
12. Knowledgeable in capacity planning exercises and Disaster recovery
activities 13. Good experience with Performance monitoring tools like
Load runner
14. Provide off-hour on-call support as a member of on-call rotation
team. 15. Provide knowledge transfer to junior members of the
NetWeaver support staff.
Notes:
