Siebel Quotes . Siebel Configurator (Preferred) . Demonstrated experience with Siebel development and configuration. . Knowledge and competency with: . Siebel Data Model . EIM . Siebel Assignment Manager . Siebel Workflow Manager . Siebel Tools . Remote Administration . Server Administration . Experience with relational database concepts and design in an Oracle environment. . Ability to estimate development effort. . Understanding of testing methodologies. Job Description : Assigns work to personnel and directs their activities. . Provides technical leadership to team on technical projects. . Assists with the formulation and defines system scope and objectives. . Responsible for quality assurance. . Reviews and evaluates work and prepares performance reports. . May be responsible for multiple phases of a project. . Provides input to management on hiring/termination/promotion/etc. and makes recommendations for action . Analyzes functional, technical, security and data requirements for Siebel Sales, eConfigurator, Call Center and other Siebel modules . Determines gaps between base functionality and user requirements. . Identifies and documents data schema, user interface and base Siebel software changes. . Develops and modifies the Siebel user interface and base application using Siebel Tools. . Creates custom Siebel Business Objects using e-scripting. . Creates and executes test plans. . Performs cross-training of new/other members of development staff. . Completes assignments in accordance with established departmental standards. . Communicates effectively with management personnel regarding the status of all assigned activities. Informs management personnel in a timely manner of any problems which may result in a delay in project schedules so that appropriate action can be taken. . Performs other duties as assigned by IT management. Experience : 3+ years experience in programming, communications and custom applications. Background in client/server implementation and development. Experience in an Oracle database environment preferred. Good understanding of configuration management. Education : BA or BS or work experience equivalent.
