Cognos Data Manager Consultant Location: Eden Prairie, MN Duration: Minimum 4 Months * Requirements: * Minimum 2 years experience with Cognos Data Manager 8 * Minimum 3 years experience with Cognos Decision Stream 6.5/7.1 * High Data Volume experience * Change Data Capture with short cycle time (15minutes) / Jobstream creation * Understands all the nuances of Data Manager v8.x, and where best to use DM versus putting logic elsewhere, such as Oracle. * Must be intimately familiar with Data Manager and Oracle 10g * Skilled in handling complex ETL rules covering many tables, including alternate population logic, one-time historic data loading (300M row tables), and ongoing Change Data Capture (CDC) techniques to enable 15 minute load cycles.
