These persons will be the technical leads from the Customer team. They will be the focal point for all knowledge transfer during the course of this engagement. This person will serve as the database expert in a limited fashion. The Database Expert will work with the Developer/Administrators and Consultants in areas where data migration and database tuning are identified within the project plan. Responsibilities - The Developers/Administrators/Team Leads will have the responsibility to complete all the development, testing and deployment listed in the project plan. They will work closely with the vendor Consultants assigned to the project to ensure the establishment of a knowledge base from the beginning of the project. Additionally, these personnel will be responsible for obtaining Customer specific information as required during the project (i.e. networking standards, database standards). This is considered to be a full time assignment for 1 resource and at least 50% for another. The ongoing support and maintenance of the new system will be a transitioned responsibility of the Developer/Administrator/Team Leads. Skills Needed - The Developer/Administrators/Team Leads should have a working knowledge of all pertinent operating systems (MVS, UNIX, NT, and etc. including system administration) and programming experience.
