POSITION : PROJECT MANAGER
CLIENT : INTEL
LOCATIN : FOLSOM, CA
CONTRACT : 3-12 MONTHS
BILLING RATE : $ 40/HR ON C2C
PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
This Global Web Operation (GWO) consumer team consists of project
mgrs, release mgrs, web developers,flash designers, app devopers and QA
engineers and supports consumer content publishing projects for Intel's
externally facing web presence - www.intel.com. This includes implementing
new page layouts, implementing social media components between multiple
publishing platforms, launching product content updates and deploying all
updates on Intel's Documentum CMS system.
Daily Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for
driving successful delivery on behalf of IT for internet marketing and web
design projects for the Web Marketing business group. You will be planning
and managing projects to meet specific objectives, eliciting and defining
project requirements, identifying tasks, determining dependencies, balancing
resources and resource needs, communicating expectations to team members and
business partners, ensuring successful execution and deployment, developing
client relationships, and acting as advocate for Intel(R) brand drivers,
marketing messages and guidelines.
NECESSARY SKILLS :
-Project management
-Stakeholder management
-Resource management
-Cross-team, cross-Geo coordination
-Technical and process aptitude of publishing with a CMS system
ADDITIONAL SKILLS :
-Web metrics (Omniture, Forsee, etc.)
-Technical site strategy (blogs, CMS, Mashups, etc.)
