Role: Change Manager/ BA Location: Houston, TX Duration: 12 months Start Date: ASAP Rate: DOE Job Description : -Develop & maintain stakeholder map -Develop project communications strategy & plan based on stakeholder and project needs -Develop and implement project communications strategy & plan -Maintain necessary distribution lists -Develop project branding and associated marketing to ensure the project has a recognizable identity -Develop communication templates and materials inline with the plans -Work with the business to help reduce resistance to change and build a network of project champions within the manufacturing sites -Develop strong relationships within the business and provide an interface to raise and manage concerns and issues -Work with the relevant process groups to raise awareness of the project and provide support where appropriate to communicate progress and key project messages -Be responsible for identifying training needs and develop training strategy / plan -Provide support to the project manager in preparation of materials for the Steering Committee / month end reporting -Acts as secretary and provides facilitation, / coordination or workshops / specific team sessions -Provide support to the project manger in risk management, providing assurance that risk owners are taking appropriate action -Ensure a robust governance and change process is applied to project scope -Provide additional support when time, experience and competency allows to the rest of the project team as directed by the project manager Project Scope: Conduct a market evaluation, proof of concept and pilot to identify suitable tool(s) to replace the following target applications: * S-RBI (component of the RRM application suite) * API-RBI * IDMS -Procure and make available necessary licenses and or architecture -Deploy new application to three regional data centers -Migrate necessary master data from existing tool to new application -Migrate existing IDMS/RBI data where a legal requirement or business benefit exists -Provide integration with SAP as appropriate -Provide training to trainers and/or end users -Transition support of new application to the BAM organization -Decommission legacy tools (S-RBI, API-RBI and IDMS) Technical Skills and Experience: -Extensive experience in change and communications management, preferably in a challenging or resistant environment -Knowledge and experience of the application implementation lifecycle -Experience in communication with senior stakeholders Soft Skills and Experience: -Preferred knowledge of GAME and GAME processes / tools -Preferred experience of a global application implementation within Manufacturing -Experience with inspection management and or Equipment Integrity systems preferable but not necessary -Self starter and self motivated -Experience in working in a virtual (global) team. -- Thanks and Regards, SAM Contact(Direct): 1 847 327 1600 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fax: 630-566-2370 424 Fort Hill Business Center, Suite # 109, Naperville, IL – 60563 CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This email contains confidential information that is legally protected.
