This person will work with team members and business partners to clearly identify and understand business requirements, implement appropriate PeopleSoft functionality, and utilize the PeopleSoft technical environment to deliver quality systems, reports and processes. Key Responsibilities • Implements and maintains PeopleSoft applications and table maintenance within GL, AM areas is a must • Knowledge of PeopleSoft applications and table maintenance within HR area, which includes HR, Payroll, Benefits is helpful • Researches and works closely with PeopleSoft end users to configure PeopleSoft modules to meet business needs and meet project timelines • Works closely with HR and Finance Departments end users to support implementation of PeopleSoft • Analyzes PeopleSoft modules functionality and, working with HR team members, identifies and suggests technical solutions to PeopleSoft environment • Develops technical and test specifications • Identifies action items and issues • Collaborates with HR , Finance, and IT partners on training and testing activities • Communicates implementation limitations and issues to program management Job Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field • 5 years Application Development experience • 3 years experience applying PeopleSoft upgrades and analyzing bundles of patches and fixes • Experience with Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, and Process Scheduler preferred • Demonstrated expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, and using Oracle database required • Understanding of PeopleSoft technical environment and tools, which requires a detailed knowledge of PeopleSoft modules functionality Financial Modules • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability as a technical analyst • Comprehensive understanding of system and project lifecycles. • Technical comprehension of servers, databases, networks and web • Ability to work independently and directly with business partners to establish and maintain positive working relationships • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, and Microsoft office products • Ability and willingness to work effectively with tight deadlines and firm schedules Thanks for your support, Sales | Metasense Inc NJ SBE | MBE | WBE Certified Tel: 856-626-3229 | Fax: 856-475-0555 100 Technology Way, Suite 320 | Mt.
