We are seeking a Senior Developer for our Direct Client. Location: Simi Valley, CA Duration: 6-12 Months Leads or advises the largest most complex IT projects. Highly influential on final decisions that have significant impact on information systems for the company. Provides analysis, recommendations, consultation, and expert advice in multiple areas of IT. * Designs, researches, and develops advanced technological applications and solutions. * Plans and/or leads integration testing. * Provides estimates of time and required resources to complete assigned projects and program initiatives. * Scope is multi-faceted and company-wide. * Considered an authority and often called upon to provide advise, consultation and subject matter expertise. * Provides technology leadership and guidance to others. * Impacts strategy and projects enterprise wide. * Initiates and independently leads projects to achieve management/departmental goals. Requirements: * Genesys CTI and ASPECT CTI * Mortgage/Banking experience. * Telephony System Integration * Telephony Dialer Integration * Excellent analytic and verbal and written communication skills. * Good project management knowledge and advanced knowledge of SDLC processes and methodology. * 4 year college degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience. * 8+ year's systems development experience.
