*Location: Middletown, NJ* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate: $40-$45/hr* * * *Real Estate Asset Management Experience is MUST* The company is currently seeking a *Senior Business Analyst for their Asset Management IT department *to serve their Real Estate Asset Management and Real Estate Accounting users. Support of external Property Management companies doing business with TIAA-CREF utilizing the Yardi Voyager application is also required. *Tasks and Responsibilities:* Interface with front and middle-office Asset Management personnel to gather and document business requirements for various proprietary real estate applications. Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications. Perform data conversions, migrations, and integrations from one system to another. System administrator of the Yardi Voyager Asset and Property Management application. Troubleshoot problems/issues with the Real Estate applications. Support both internal and external Yardi users. Provide support and training to users of proprietary Real Estate applications. Quality Assurance (QA) testing of Real Estate applications. Follow rigorous SDLC and project management best practices. Comply with internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other compliance processes. Adhere to change control and problem management procedures. ** *Job Related Skills:* Knowledge of *Accounting principles and concepts. *In-depth *understanding of standard financial reports.* Ability to multi-task efficiently. Proficiency in *Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel*. Working knowledge of *TOAD, Query Analyzer and Visio*. Understanding of *Actuate, Informatica PowerCenter, CA Autosys, CA Clarity, and GENTRAN helpful. *Understanding of *relational databases (Oracle, SQL, etc) including ability to write SQL queries. *Experience with *CaliberRM or other requirements gathering application. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Comprehensive working knowledge of Real Estate industry best practices.
