The applicant must have good oral and written communications skills with both the IT and user communities. *Support activities will include:* · Monitoring daily batch interfaces to other applications · *Maintain and enhance the Model N application customizations and it's interfaces to other systems* · Application system administration activities · Coordination with other application support teams to oversee interfaces to/from Model N · Coordination with infrastructure support teams for services such as server and DBA support Qualifications: · *MANDATORY: Minimum 6 months experience in customization of Model N* · Experience as a member of an application support team is required. · *Hands on experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, JAVA/J2EE is required.* · Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
