Role: *SAP ISU-CCS Expert* Duration: 6+ Months This is like Engagement Manager Types that will deal with the client as well as articulate flawlessly to the Partners. *Role and Responsibilities:* SAP ISU-CCS Expert. Product/Solution Architect responsible for being the context expert and “go-to” guy for crafting overall solution architecture (functional and technical characteristics) of an overall customer information and billing solution based on the SAP ISU (“Industry Solution – Utilities”) CCS (“Customer Contact System”) platform. *Mandatory Skills (Must Have) * 1. Expert level skills in utility industry customer information systems and large-scale (1M+ customers) customer billing solutions. 2. Expert level skills in related SAP MDM (Meter Data Management) including device management, meter asset history and meter maintenance, fixed and interval usage data integration with Load Data Acquisition systems such as ITRON, and LodeStar. 3. Expert level skills in overall customer information systems architectures, call centers and customer contact systems (SAP CRM or 3rd party), customer information web portals for industrial, commercial, and residential customers. 4. Multiple (minimum of 3+) project lifecycles (design and/or implementation) with the SAP ISU-CCS platform. *Min Yrs and Type of Experience:* Minimum of 10-12 years experience related to utilities industry customer information and billing systems design and implementations (SAP or other). Preference on large, complex replacement initiatives spanning multiple years, millions of customers, electric and/or gas utilities. Water utility experience ok but not preference. Large-volume residential customer billing preference over industrial and commercial customer billing solutions. Secondary Skills 1. Related business processes and integration experience between customer information systems (CIS) and utility work management, outage management, demand-side management, customer relationship management (sales and marketing vs. service and billing only). 2.
