Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate and JMS. Database experience - knowledge of Oracle and Sybase, Unix and Perl scripting. A motivated, inquisitive and innovative individual capable of assimilating the technical and business requirements desired by the trading and F2B community and developing solutions within the existing standards and frameworks. Have an appreciation for the trading environment and applications required in the repo or similar business. This role will require contact with a wide range of development team members and business representatives, the candidate must be confident and able to clearly discuss requirements and issues with all groups. Capable of contributing to the delivery of high quality, high value change projects in a deadline-driven environment. *Desirable skills/knowledge:* Experience of FI Repo trading systems. Experience of the Agile development approach. *Other:* This is an analysis and development role concentrating on Fixed Income Repo Trading and Trading Automation Systems. This role is for a person who is capable of developing business-critical software in an environment that requires flexibility and high productivity.
