Please reply me at: [email protected] Need Face-to-Face interview, after initial phone screen Position : Web content management Location : Irvine, CA Duration : 12 + Months Responsibilities . Develop and maintain online Support, FAQ and International content. . Facilitate cross-functional meetings with Area teams to identify call drivers and validate new content. . Write and edit customer-facing content. . Act as liaison with Legal Department on new content. . Content entry and application management of the Visual Science's "Publish" tool. . Perform QA for new content and User Acceptance Testing for project implementations. . Assist Marketing teams with other content-related tasks as needed. . Manage the development of device simulators and emulators. Note: Although the majority of the work will be M-F during business hours, the candidate must be willing to work late night/early morning as needed for project implementations, which could be 2 days per month. Qualifications . Bachelors degree in English, Journalism or Marketing, or equivalent experience . 2-3 year's professional writing experience with customer-facing content . 1-2 year's web design or intranet management experience . 1-2 years wireless experience . Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills . Detail-oriented, excellent follow through, ability to multitask, manage projects and workflow, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. . Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently. . High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) required; proficiency in PhotoShop . Proficiency with Visual Science's (formerly WebSideStory) Publish tool is highly desired, but not required.
