The Hourly rate is *DOE.* * * *Description:* Client is looking for Banner Advantage CIS (the old SCT Systems software app) resources both technical and functional. This is a customized Banner CIS system. The vendor is no longer providing support for the application and client needs contractors very familiar with the product to provide support, update, and evolution.
