Please find below requirement and kindly send me suitable profiles ASAP *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * * * *Duration: 4 months+ * *Location: Plymouth, MN* * * · Oracle 10g or IBM DB2 Certification · 3+ years experience with Oracle · 2+ years experience with DB2 UDB or Mainframe · Experience with Oracle ASM a strong plus · Experience with Data Guard/Standby Database · Experience with RAC a strong plus · Experience with Solaris 9/10 and Linux · Programming experience including PL/SQL, SQL, SQL*PLUS, ksh, C, etc. · Production environment experience of at least 2 years supporting multiple 7x24 database systems · Experience working within strong change management systems as they apply to ALL database changes · Proven experience leading and directing junior DBAs to facilitate the maintenance and stability of supported databases · Extensive Oracle patch/Upgrade experience in a production environment · Experience supporting ASP production database systems in a hosted environment a plus · Must have working knowledge of server hardware, software and networking components · Experience working with customers handling customer problems and requests on the phone and face-to-face with a high degree of professionalism * * *SKILLS/ABILITIES: * · Excellent communication and people skills essential · Good listening and problem solving skills · Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects/clients at once in a fast paced environment · Excellent multi-tasking abilities · The ability to handle objections and counter professionally · High availability.
