Investigate mechanically generated past due disconnect candidates in AT&Ts inventory systems of Access Capacity Management System (ACMS Specials & Message), High Capacity Connectivity Systems (HCCS), and the Access Data Warehouse to ensure that a valid disconnect was issued.
