*Location: *Des Moines, Iowa * **Desired Start Date:* Preferably end of March *Assignment Duration:* Approximately 4 months *Must haves:* · TrueComp project implementation experience – large project implementation preferred. Version 5.2 preferred. · *Comp Analyst*: Proficient at compensation requirements definition and analysis, designing and developing plan configuration, and testing variable compensation plans… using TC version *5.2.x*. Must be v 5.2.x for Comp Analyst. · *Integration*: Proficient at building Informatica processes that integrate data from DB2 tables into TrueComp 5.2 table structures. Experience needs to include fairly complex integration processes, such as: syncing back and forth between TC and other sources, effective date logic (such as for positions/participants), complex filtering, conversion of TC rate/lookup tables to DB2 domain structures, etc. I realize they can’t have experience with all of these but they are examples of what has been asked of others to date. · Well versed regarding industry best practices. · Proficient at MS Excel · Close attention to detail (emphasis on accuracy) during all phases of development (requirements, development, documentation, and implementation). · Strong documentation skills *Added value:* · Experienced with processes and compensation common to the financial services industry · Knows SQL · Located in region (low to no cost for having onsite). *****************Local candidates preferred, not required* -- Thanks and Regards, Prabhu K.
