*Position: Business Analyst Location: Bedminster, NJ Duration: 2 Years Contract* *Rate: $45/hr (Not Negotiable)* *PROJECT DESCRIPTION:* The Business Process Analyst will define and develop the end-to-end service delivery process, such as ordering, provisioning and test and turn-up, for emerging voice over IP services for business customers. *JOB DESCRIPTION:* The analyst will work with multidisciplinary teams across multiple functional areas, process domains and work centers, such as, but not limited to, product management and systems development, to bring to market new services and features. The analyst will also be responsible for working with the service delivery work center to plan, script, test and support user acceptance testing and operational readiness testing of the new feature set. In addition, the analyst shall support the initial rollout of the features for business customers. Finally, the analyst is responsible for delivering operational efficiencies such as cost, cycle time and defect reduction through process re-engineering.
