*BEA** WebLogic Portal*** *Broomfield** Colorado*** *09+ Months* *Rate: $50-52/hour* The Content Markets Group is looking for an experienced professional who is enthusiastic about using Web technologies to advance the Level(3) Customer Media Portal roadmap. The role of these Senior Software Architects will require strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, fluency in coding, good communication skills, and most of all enthusiasm for tackling the complex problems of scale to solve for unique and emerging business problems. You will be a major contributor in developing new feature sets for the Content Media Portal. This position interacts frequently with IT, network centric teams, cross-functional business teams, and testing teams to deliver features for the CMG’s Portal program. Expect rapid, iterative development within an evolving market and having fun in the process. Experience and Qualifications: - Design and implementation of multiple enterprise scale infrastructures with the following characteristics: - High transaction volumes - Large user base using web based solutions -Experience in a high-volume or critical production service environment - 3+ years experience with at least one of the following application stacks: -BEA WebLogic - J2EE - Java - Oracle - Web-based applications Other requirements: - Demonstrated working knowledge of current Internet technologies, database and web-centric solutions. - A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. - Proven track record with successful BEA Portal development experience Primary Duties: - Lead development activity from proof of concept through production deployments. - Continually strive for exceeding customer demands and driving technological advancement in deploying creative solutions. - Identify and communicate technology issues and drive issue resolution.
