Candidates must have Business Objects XI Central Management Console experience. * * *Here is the description: *** The WISDOM Data Warehouse Project provides decision support information to client management, statistical research staff, and statewide service providers. Data is taken from mainframe and server-based OLTP systems (e.g. the CARES system), is transformed via COBOL, PL/SQL, and Informatica, and loaded into Oracle star schema databases. Data is made available to end-users using Business Objects Client/Server and Web OLAP applications. Project duties will be to function as a developer maintaining and enhancing the WISDOM application using the above-listed tools and techniques, most specifically Informatica, PL/SQL and Business Objects, and working directly with customers responding to ad hoc data queries. Experience with the Business Objects XI Central Management Console would be very beneficial. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with business knowledge of Wisconsin's TANF and Economic Support programs (e.g. Wisconsin Works, Wisconsin Shares, FoodShare) and familiarity with State of Wisconsin application systems, procedures, and development standards. *General Competencies* Analytical/problem solving skills * 5+ Yrs.
