This project focuses on the HR and Payroll. Initial responsibility will be dealing with benefits and accruals then leave management. They want someone to evaluate the day to day procedures and make sure they are correct and running in the most efficient way. They have an interesting environment because there are 7,500 employees and a lot of permutations for PTO, sick time, etc.* *Team: 6 key people, all functional. Have the in-house technical expertise, just need additional help on functional side.* *Interviews over the phone with Director of HR and Budgeting. Could start the next day after interview.
