Location: Sunnyvale, CA Rate: OPEN Duration: 6+ months!!! * PLEASE SEND RESUMES TO [email protected] * The Product Developer will be responsible for designing, developing and enhancing software application including organizing and leading major projects from inception to completion, driving all the technical/technology requirements. Creatively develop solutions to complex problems and to propose innovative technology directions for the group. Must be fluent on a variety of current and emerging technologies as well as seasoned as a leader on major projects teams, *Responsibilities:* - Lead the definition, design and release of major software products - Use Remedy AR System to code and test Remedy application - Apply advanced technical knowledge in multiple areas to understand and improve current products. - Work with peers in other groups to define software standards, explore new technologies and integrate technology strategy with other technologies. - Produce quality product to meet specific marketing and customer requirements. - Work to improve software development process. - Work with the managers and other peers in determining best use of team resources, including schedules and resource allocation. - Guide and mentor software developers. - Interact with customers and partners to solve critical software problems or issues. - Demonstrate proper judgment in the use of independent decision making skills and in escalating issues when appropriate. - Communicate effectively with clients, peers and superiors. *Requirements:* - Strong Remedy development experience - Team leadership experience 2+ years - Experience in a product development environment Degree Required: Desired Skills: Additional Information: Comments: *Thanks** * *Kevin* --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-USA" group.
