Must Have:
* 10+ years of commercial software development
* 5+ years software development experience with a focus on high
performance n-tier Java-based servers.
* *2+ years of demonstrated experience in large-volume, high-traffic,
transactional, highly scalable server based systems.*
* Significant hands-on experience with multi-threaded programming and
practices.
* In-depth experience with Core Java Technology, J2EE, and J2SE.
* In-depth experience with HTTP, and XML.
* Experience with Web services technologies such as SOAP, XML/RPC or
REST.
* Working knowledge of application servers such as JBoss, Weblogic and
Servlet containers such as Tomcat.
* Experience building data based applications using JDBC or Hibernate,
and database technologies such as MySQL and Oracle.
* *Development experience in Linux/Unix environment.*
* Track record of developing and maintaining shipped products.
* BS/MS in Computer Science or a math-related degree.
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
