This is for my direct client opening for *Sr. Scientist - Groton, CT*. This is *a 6+ months contract position*. The hourly rate is *DOE*. *Need candidates only on W2. Must be local.* * * *Description: * *BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* The scientist position will interface with the biomarker and pharmacogenomics user community as a primary point of contact for new methods development, continuous process improvements and will have responsibility for the technical and logistical aspects of processing DNA and biofluid samples for storage & global distribution. Important components of this role will be working as a team with other scientists, data support/Ri, and project team customers.
