BA Insurance industry experience required - preferably in Professional Liability or Property and Casualty Insurance specialties. *Essential Duties:* ? Discuss, analyze and document requirements. ? Interpret requirements both in writing and discussions for team. ? Confer with development group regarding design specifications and system improvements. ? Responsible for product configuration, quality testing and delivery procedures. *Job Qualifications:* ? A related degree and three or more years of similar insurance or technology experience. ? Experience managing SDLC projects for an insurance company (Property & Casualty preferred). ? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and superior interpersonal skills. ? Understanding of insurance software systems and software implementation projects for the insurance industry.
