*Summary:*
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Information Technology Division currently
uses Computer Associates ARGIS software for Asset Management. ITD will be
upgrading from ARGIS 8.0 to UAPM 11.3.4 and testing in a dedicated
environment.
Duties required of the contractor include:
UAPM/DSM Configuration
Lead ITD in the installation and configuration of UAPM
11.3.4 and DSM
Lead in installing and configuring reports (UAPM Data
Warehouse)
Lead in transferring legacy ARGIS data via the ITAM data importer tool and
other asset data to the UAPM data store.
Lead in configuring the functional requirement
specifications in Development
Lead in installing and configuring reports (UAPM Data
Warehouse)
Document System Configuration
Acceptance Testing and Documentation
~Testing and Data Validation
~Develop Test Scripts
Migrate and configure data from Development to Production
Knowledge Transfer to ITD staff
Provide Production Support
~ Assist in diagnosing and fixing toolset issues if they
arise
*Skills and Competencies:*
Must have at least 2 years of experience in deploying, designing, planning,
configuring and implementing CA UAPM (Unicenter Asset Portfolio Management)
and CA DSM (DSM Discovery Tool).
Must have previous experience over the last 12 months in upgrading CA Asset
Management to release 11.3.4
Experience with SQL 2005
Experience with CA MDB
