The resources must be SAN admin resources with extensive EMC experience at varying levels. Customer has every storage platform we sell and all major software packages. Resource should be able to handle all aspects of daily support - including *Requirements:* *1. *Must have 3-5 yrs experience with EMC platforms including *EMC* * Storage* (Symmetrix /Clariion),** *a. **SME with DMX migrations* i. Repli-SRDF/A; ii. Repli-SRDF/S; *b. **Storage Provisioning (tuning & load balancing)* *c. **Startup/Shutdown Procedures * *d. **Backup/Restore Operations * 2. Mid to Sr. understanding of NAS experience (McData or Brocade), 3. Perform necessary storage infrastructure maintenance in accordance with internal best practices. 4. Maintaining multi-tiered storage infrastructure leveraging EMC hardware and software 5. Participate in the execution of the business continuance and disaster recovery plans. 6. Participate in the design and operational execution of the customer's storage disaster recovery process. 7. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 8. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 9.
