Key tasks and responsibilities include: - Develop software in C/Flash/PHP and other key languages based on business requirements - Drive entire projects from application requirements collection and design - to the actual implementation - Quickly get-up-to-speed on the existing code base Interface with others to collect requirements, understand API interfaces, etc. - Success will be measured by timely, high-quality delivery against the product development plan, but more importantly by customer adoption, satisfaction and feedback. Qualifications - Expert in building and debugging rich internet application with Adobe Flex and Flash platform - Expert in building and debugging PHP/SQL based database driven web application and content management best practice. - Expert in building and debugging high performance C programs - Experience in working with databases and XML-based backend APIs - Some basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and UX design - Experience in software testing processes and tools (unit/regression testing, integration testing, etc.) a plus - Experience with location based service, mapping, picture management, image benchmarking, data mining, database design, web analysis, content tools a plus - Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English) required - can collect input from stakeholders, build product requirements and specifications, and develop them into production quality code. - Highest level of integrity and honesty.
