Designing and implementing solutions for managing and monitoring remote data centers . Designing solutions to upgrade a running system with cross server dependencies . Designing and implementing of platform instrumentation and profiling . Designing highly available mission critical systems . Performance Tuning . Strong knowledge of the inner working of most Microsoft Operating Systems .
