Responsibilities: Work with subject matter experts to define content. Develop courseware and online help using RoboHelp. Develop simulations that demonstrate software procedures and allow learners to practice. Necessary Skills: Ø Adobe Dreamweaver, Captivate, RoboHelp, Flash, and Fireworks. Ø Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites: Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Visio Ø Strong skills/experience creating Web site file structures, naming syntax, file repository Ø Strong critical thinking skills: problem identification / problem solving, strategic planning and implementation of action steps Additional Skills Desired: Ø Knowledge of ISD (ADDIE Model) concepts, principles and application of model activities.
