Please Reply to [email protected] PHONE HIRE Position : PeopleSoft System Engineer/Administrator Location : Hillsboro, OR Duration : 3 + Months Project Description: Provide 24x7 3rd level pre-production and production PeopleSoft systems engineering maintenance and support (no 2nd level currently) for the Client PeopleSoft Applications. The following application modules are to be supported: Ø HR 8.8 Ø CRM 8.8 Ø EPM 8.8 for HR Ø EPM 8.8 for financials Ø Support is 24x7 including weekends and holidays for production. Ø Support is 8x5 for preproduction environment. Daily Responsibilities: Ø Data and software issues resolution (break fix and repair). Ø Problem determination (whether problem exists within ERP or external system) Ø Provide general problem solving. Ø Administration and Performance monitoring of the entire PIA including the Database, Appserver and Webserver.
