Position: Business Analyst Location: Portland, OR (Need Local Only) Duration: 6 month contract Business Analyst - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AN ELECTRIC UTILITY Must be EAD, GC, Citizens, Requirements for this position include: 3 to 5 years minimum prior IT and/or electric utility project experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Superior organization skills required Demonstrated flexibility in day-to-day work Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) required Considers timeliness, effectiveness and practicality in addressing project needs Adheres to defined project methodology and company governances Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively Previous experience with MS Project, and Visio required Previous experience with SAP preferred (but not required) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing support to project team for project life cycle (PLC) documentation creation and approvals Maintenance of existing PLC documentation for Change Control and contract adherence Gathering of formal client business requirements through coordination of the engineering team, business unit representatives, and 3rd party vendors Project organization to ensure compliance with company PLC, applicable policies and procedures Thanks & Regards, Sophia Jones Technical Recruiter Data Group, Inc.
