The details are as follows: * * Description:** OCI is in the midst of implementing Injured Patient and Families Compensation Fund (IPFCF) System. It is mission critical application that is developed in JAVA. It is comprised of EJB3 and Grails frameworks and the applications are deployed to a WEBLogic application server with Oracle as the database. The system is targeted to be deployed to production by June 15, 2009. ** * * We are interested in hiring a contractor with expertise in the above mentioned technologies to help us meet our performance goals, review existing application code and recommend changes to it. The contractor will work with various stakeholders, understand and analyze performance objectives, identify gaps, and develop a project plan to address these gaps. The estimated hours of engagement is ~200 hours. We are flexible as to the hours of work but it is expected that the position will be required to work some weekends and or after hours during week days.
