General Description: This position will be responsible for supporting the Stryker distribution and warehouse management business processes in Oracle application. The modules supported by the position are Oracle warehouse management, Shipping, Receiving, Order Management, Inventory, as well providing secondary support for the Manufacturing related transactions. This role will work closely with the Sr. Staff in Distribution, Supply Chain Manager and Customer Service Manager as well as the development team for WMS related development and project implementations. This position is for Puerto Rico and the person should be able to live in Puerto Rico to support manufacturing site. Essential Functions: . Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies. . Partner with business representatives at all levels to assess, refine, and drive appropriate WMS solutions. . Must be able to understand not only the technical aspects of Oracle applications, but the functionality as well. . Maintains a detailed knowledge of the business' current technology and infrastructure. . Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction. . The ability to multi-task across multiple concurrent task/projects is required. QUALIFICATIONS: . Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in related field or equivalent. . Must have 5+ years experience as an Oracle WMS Business Systems Analyst participating in and supporting large scale full-life cycle implementations. . Must have at least 2-3 full-life cycle implementations including one as a functional or technical lead. . Must have functional experience with Oracle Applications 11i module configuration and processes for the following Modules: WMS, Mobile Applications, Inventory, Purchasing, and Discrete Manufacturing. Familiarity with OM and/or Supply Chain Planning would be a big plus. . Has in depth knowledge of warehouse processes such as picking, packing, returns handling, receiving and cycle counting. . Must be knowledgeable in underlying Oracle Apps database architecture with regard to WSH schemas, application program interfaces (APIs), data elements, tables and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion, Inventory discrepancies, picking and packing problems, and reporting support.
