High Level Job Description: The Program Manager leads the planning, design,
development, and/or support of the implementation of a complete business
solution, applying new or advanced technologies. Manages multiple projects,
each of which would have subprojects with Project Managers assigned, or a
single large and complex project. Has total accountability for project
success, i.e., on time, within budget, and meeting requirements.
Responsibilities also include cost management, potential for revenue growth
and business development, as well as the ability to manage a recovery
project. Responsible for mentoring project team members. Requires bachelors
degree in project management, business or other related degree; MBA degree
or equivalent preferred and 6 - 8 years of extensive related experience in
project management or multiple IT roles. PMI-Project Manager Professional
(PMP) Certification preferred.
Job Description: The COE is responsible for continuing the evolution of the
SAP footprint that has been implemented. This role will be one of the key
people to help deliver these additional enhancements to the business. The
Day to day work would involve the following:
- Manage the delivery of OneUp solution enhancements via minor releases (COE
projects), including the following deliverables:
- Develop work plans
- Ensure Requirements definitions maintained in Caliber (with CIO teams)
- Work closely with the Enterprise PMO to identify required PLM deliverables
- Ensure End-to-End Process and Activity Designs are documented in ARIS and
Caliber
- Ensure team performs solution design (Fit/Gap analysis, RICEFW inventory,
functional designs)
- Ensure team performs Application Architecture/wiring diagrams (with EAD
and Data ITO teams)
- Test coordination of test conditions, execution, and defect/SIR resolution
(with CIO teams)
- Manage any Cut-over and go-live support tasks (with CIO teams)
- Support Solution proposals and Process Services team estimates for work
intake requests
- Manage multiple OneUp COE projects at a given time
- Manage and maintain process and application components of OneUp NA
template

- Bachelors Degree in business or computer science required, MBA a plus.
- PMI Certification.
- Experience with Managing multiple projects of multiple sizes
- 5-10 Years of related IT and/or business work experience in Logistics
and/or overall Supply Chain processes
- Ability to manage a complex, technical project and team through entire
project lifecycle.
- Ability to provide direction to various dependent projects relative to
scope of work, timing, roles and responsibilities.
Soft Skills
- Strong influence, analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with holistic solution design (process + configuration + RICEF
functional design)
- Ability to manage a matrixed, virtual team.
