Please Reply to [email protected] Need Face-to-Face interview, after initial phone screen Position : Teradyne IFex Tester Location : Dallas, TX Duration : 3 + Months Basic Qualification Minimum Education Level: BS or MS Major(s): Electrical engineering or equivalent Years of Experience: 3-5 years in using Teradyne IFex tester Knowledge of testing embedded flash is desirable. Required Basic Qualifications: - BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - 3-5 years in using Teradyne IFex tester - Must understand CMOS and Bipolar device physics - Knowledge of testing embedded flash - Experience in planning and execution of projects to tight, critical deadlines. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Preferred Qualifications: The following is desirable. - Semiconductor Qualification and Reliability testing - Familiarity with Client manufacturing databases (Testware, SMS data warehouse) Primary and Secondary Responsibilities: - Will be a member of the product/test engineering team. - Will be responsible for o Testing and qualifying embedded flash ICs o Maintenance, improvement and optimization of mission critical software tools. - Characterize qualification failures and gather necessary data to provide insight into fail mechanisms. - Need to interface with cross functional teams such as Reliability Engineering and Failure Analysis teams to understand root cause of IC failures if any. - Execute all projects to required schedule. - Communicate status of projects to group promptly. Complex Tasks: ATE Testing of embedded flash. Management/Organizational Skills: Excellent organization skills required. Monitor and execute multiple simultaneous projects. Projects and Deliverables: Testing and qualification of embedded flash IC.
