Description:
*Lead BA/Tester*
The successful candidate will provide support in
requirements/design/testing/validation efforts for systems that support
OASSIS. The candidate will be performing these activities on DB2 data and
WebSphere applications and maintain applications for the Social Security
Administration under the direction of the Technical Lead and Project
Management.
Business requirements gathering activities from both formal and informal
sessions
Proficient in systems analysis, system documentation
Expert knowledge of *Requisite Pro*, with the capability to teach the tool
to others.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem resolution skills
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Proficient knowledge of *Mercury Quality Center *
Working knowledge of *HTML *
Working knowledge of MS tools
Knowledge of *DB2, SQL *
Knowledge of *Use Case development *
Knowledge of *Software Development Life Cycle*
